Who We Are
We are a team of international founders and experienced local operators, with extensive experience managing self-storage facilities in multiple countries. As 🇻🇳 Vietnam’s first mini storage company, our aim is to set a high international-level service standard.
What We Do
We acquire commercial properties in Hanoi and Saigon, and then convert those into modern self-storage facilities. We offer personal storage as well as business storage solutions. Our customers can rent affordable storage units that are individually lockable and easily accessible. Our company name KingKho is a wordplay of ‘king‘ and ‘kho‘, whereby ‘kho’ is Vietnamese for ‘storage‘ (self-storage in Vietnamese is ‘kho mini‘).
Mission & Vision
Our vision is to make people feel great with more space. More Space – More You. Our mission is to provide international-level storage space to 5,000 customers in Vietnam by Dec 31 2025.

Management & Facility Team
As Co-Founder & MD of KingKho, Lorenz is in charge of finance, strategy, and property acquisitions. Lorenz has 20+ years of management experience, include founding and selling a business to a multinational.
As General Manager, Lien is in charge of the daily operations, marketing, HR, and sales. Lien has several years of management experience. Formerly, Lien was the GM of Harvest Bakery, providing Starbucks with pastries.
Ly is Facility Manager of our facility in Hadong, in charge of managing the day to day, including welcoming visitors, moving customers in and out, rental agreement signing, invoicing and facility maintenance. Never a dull day!
