Moving To Our New Storage Site
Join Us at Our Modern, State-of-the-Art Facility on Nguyen Thanh Binh Street
We’re excited to announce that KingKho will be moving to our brand-new storage site starting May 21st.
The new location on Nguyen Thanh Binh Street is less than 2km from our current one, making it just as convenient.
We’ve secured a 1,500m² space on the 2nd floor of The Pride, a modern mixed-use complex in La Khe, Hadong.
Our team will handle the entire move of your unit and belongings at no cost, with no fees or changes to your existing rental agreement.
Our New Location
Less than 2km from our current one, we acquired 1,500m2 of storage space on Nguyen Thanh Binh Street, in a building called The Pride, one floor above the Trung Nguyên Cafe.
We are currently setting up our new location on Google Maps and will publish the link asap.
Why The Move?
The land permit for our current site at 103 Vạn Phúc is unfortunately expiring. That’s why we have acquired a new, modern facility we own to ensure long-term quality and stability, just 2km away.
Moving Date?
We’ll start moving units on May 21st, 2025 and aim to finish by June 2nd. The current site will close in June.
Moving Costs?
None for our existing customers. We’re covering the entire cost of moving your belongings. Your rental rates and contract terms will stay the same.
What To Do?
As a customer all you need to do is sign the authorization form our Facility Manager will send you via email. Everything else will be handled by our team.

What’s better about the new facility?
The new site is a much newer building and comes with enhanced security, including one of the latest sprinkler systems, has all the required permits and insurances, and has a more comfortable environment for your visits.
How will my belongings be moved?
Our trusted team will carefully handle and transport your items to your unit at our new mini storage site . We’ll notify you of your new unit number once the move is complete.
Is the new facility the same size?
Yes, we will try to accommodate your belongings to a new unit of a similar size. Please let us know if there is any upsize/downsize need.
Who will manage the new site?
The same team, led by Facility Manager, Ms. Ly Nguyen, will continue to serve you.
Do I need to do anything?
Just reply to this email with “I agree” to approve the move. If you prefer, you can sign the attached Authorization & Acceptance Form or call us to confirm.
Can I visit the new storage site?
Absolutely! Contact us at ly@kingkho.com or 0853 103 013 to arrange a tour.
What happens if I don’t respond?
We’ll follow up with a reminder email or call to ensure you’re informed. We need your approval to move your belongings.
Will the new site be as convenient?
Yes, it’s only 2km away, with easy access and improved parking. Check the map link for details.
I’ve prepaid my rent post the moving date—do I need to do anything?
No, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll move your items to the new site at no cost, and your current rental agreement will remain unchanged. When it’s close to expiring, we’ll reach out with a new agreement for you to review.
I’m not happy about the move—what can I do if I don’t want to move with you?
We completely understand your frustration, and we’re not happy about moving either. Unfortunately, we have no choice because the land use right for our current site at 103 Vạn Phúc is expiring at the end of May. As Co-Founder & MD of KingKho, Lorenz is in charge of finance, strategy, and property acquisitions. Lorenz has 20+ years of management experience, include founding and selling a business to a multinational.
As General Manager, Lien is in charge of the daily operations, marketing, HR, and sales. Lien has several years of management experience. Formerly, Lien was the GM of Harvest Bakery, providing Starbucks with pastries.
Ly is Facility Manager of our facility in Hadong, in charge of managing the day to day, including welcoming visitors, moving customers in and out, rental agreement signing, invoicing and facility maintenance. Never a dull day!
