Is the place a bit far away (30 min) from the foreigner West Lake area? Yes. Is it 1000% worth going to anyways? Yes.

I needed a place to store some of my belongings as I was moving and Ly plus the staff at King Kho made it super easy.
The facilities are super clean, has 24/7 security but also easily assessable if you need to get things in and out.

I had a great experience storing my luggage here for one week when I complete the Ha Gian motorcycle tour. It was fast, efficient and secure. All of my questions were answered quickly and with great detail.
Significantly, KingKho was literally a 10th of the price compared to facilities anywhere near the city centre (including taxi fare and essential coffee stops). I would recommend bringing your own lock but they have cheap and robust ones available at the location.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in Hanoi and will certainly be using them next time I am in town.
