The Pride is a brand-new storage facility with a total floor area of 1,500m2 designed with state-of-the-art features to meet the needs of Hanoi’s residents, families and businesses. Equipped with the latest partitions, advanced security systems, individual lockable units in flexible sizes ranging from 1m2 to 20m2 and humidity control, the site offers a secure and reliable environment for storing personal and professional items. Customers can rent on a weekly or monthly basis. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious, well-lit atmosphere, enhancing accessibility and convenience for customers.

“Opening The Pride is a proud moment for our team,” said Lorenz Wagener, Co-Founder and Managing Director of KingKho. “We’ve worked diligently to bring this modern facility to Hanoi, overcoming challenges like regulatory complexities and the disruptions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our focus was on creating a space that combines functionality with customer comfort.” Vietnam’s economic landscape underscores why KingKho’s investment is timely. With a projected GDP growth of around 5.8% in 2025 (World Bank, ADB), Vietnam remains one of Asia’s most dynamic emerging markets. Rapid urbanization, with the urban population expected to rise from 37% in 2020 (World Bank) to 44% by 2030 (UN), is driving demand for space-efficient solutions in cities like Hanoi. The country’s burgeoning middle class, projected to reach 26% of the population by 2026 (World Data Lab), is fueling consumption and increasing the need for secure storage amid rising living costs and smaller urban living spaces. Vietnam’s young, tech-savvy demographic further amplifies this trend, with over 78% of the population using the internet (Datareportal, 2024) and embracing modern services like self-storage.”
