Hanoi, December 17, 2025 – KingKho officially introduces its new self-storage facility with a total area of 1,500 square meters, operating under the “self-storage” model. This marks an important milestone in the company’s nationwide expansion strategy for modern storage solutions.

The new facility, fully owned by KingKho, is located within the commercial podium of The Pride mixed-use complex. It comprises multiple private storage units with individual locks, ranging in size from 1 to 20 square meters, and has been operational since June this year. Designed with a modern approach, the facility meets the flexible storage needs of individuals, households, and businesses.

KingKho has equipped the facility with a humidity control system, modern partitions, and multiple layers of security. The space features high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring that storage areas remain well-ventilated, bright, and comfortable.

According to KingKho, self-storage is a service that provides secure, private storage spaces (lockers or small rooms) equipped with security features such as CCTV and individual locks. This allows individuals and businesses to freely organize and manage their belongings, assets, or inventory based on their needs. The model helps free up living and working space while ensuring safe storage during life changes such as moving, home renovations, or business operations.

At KingKho, customers can rent storage units on a flexible weekly or monthly basis without requiring a deposit. Storage space can be increased or reduced according to actual needs. Access is managed via a personal PIN code, ensuring privacy and security. A 24/7 CCTV system, combined with on-site security staff, monitors the entire facility to provide peace of mind for users.

“We have overcome many challenges to create a storage space that balances functionality with comfort,” shared Mr. Lorenz Wagener, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of KingKho.

KingKho believes that Vietnam’s current economic landscape is favorable for the growth of the self-storage sector. GDP growth is projected to reach approximately 6.8% in 2025 (according to the World Bank and ADB), alongside rapid urbanization, with the urban population expected to increase from 37% in 2020 to 44% by 2030 (McKinsey). This trend is driving higher demand for optimized living space in major cities. Additionally, the expanding middle class—forecast to account for 26% of the population by 2026 (World Data Lab)—is fueling demand for safe and convenient storage solutions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lien, General Manager of KingKho, noted that Hanoi is a highly promising market that inspires the KingKho team to continuously innovate and deliver better storage experiences for customers.
