What is Mini Storage?
What is mini storage?
Mini storage, or self-storage, is used by both individuals and companies
to temporarily store items, possessions, and valuables in a clean, well-lit, secure, humidity-controlled, and affordable storage unit.
Unlike in a regular warehouse, our employees do not have access to the contents of your unit.
Also, only you get to keep the keys to your unit, and are therefore in full control
Is mini storage popular?
Yes, very popular in fact, with59,000+ storage facilities worldwide.
Asia so far has 3,370, and it’s quickly growing! Nowadays, self-storage facilities can be found on 6 of the 7 continents (Antarctica not yet).
The self-storage industry in the U.S. alone already generates more revenue than Hollywood, with 175,000 people working in the sector! See our interesting mini-storage industry facts.
How does it work?
Give us a call, send us an email or just let us know when you will be coming.
Then, you bring the stuff you like to store, sign our standard mini storage rental contract, pay, get the key, go to your unit, lock your stuff, and you are done.
After that, you keep the key, and only you can open it.

Yes. As an internationally-owned company and Vietnam’s first self-storage provider to join the SSAA, the Self-Storage Association Asia, providing a safe environment and secure facility is our top concern.
Only customers can enter our premises, after passing through our staffed gate. Every customer access is then recorded and logged. All floors have smoke detectors, fire alarms, CCTV cameras and are very well-lit.
Free car parking directly in front of the entrance door is also available.
What can I NOT store in a self-storage facility?
Following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: humans, animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs or other illegal items.

Used KingKho during my travels in Vietnam. The service is much cheaper than the services in old quarter and works so well.
You use your personal padlock (bring one yourself or buy one there) so only you have access to the room.
The facility is dry and clean. Staff is very friendly and my main contact had great English skills. 👍🏻
