How much does mini storage cost?
Prices depend on the size of your unit: smaller units like 1m² cost less than larger ones over 20m².
For specific pricing, please ask our facility manager, who will be happy to assist you. With mini storage, you rent units by the square meter, on a week-by-week basis.
This means there is no risk or long-term commitment for you!
Can I use mini storage as an individual?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, 50% of our customers are individuals.
We all have items we don’t want to throw away but need to keep somewhere safe. Personal Storage is perfect for these situations.
Is self-storage safe?
Yes. As an internationally-owned company and Vietnam’s first self-storage provider to join the Self-Storage Association Asia (SSAA), providing a safe and secure facility is our top priority.
Only customers can enter our premises, passing through our staffed gate. Each customer access is recorded and logged. Our facility is equipped with smoke detectors, fire alarms, CCTV cameras, and is very well-lit on all floors.
We also offer free car parking directly in front of the entrance door for your convenience.
What can I NOT store in a mini storage facility?
Following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: humans, animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs or other illegal items.

What do customers put in their unit?
Personal storage customers often store items such as furniture, sports equipment, books, computers, audio equipment, photo albums, memorabilia, souvenirs, deco items, etc.
Business storage customers usually store items such as products, merchandise, documents, archives, backup drives, furniture or office supplies.

We currently have one first mini storage facility in Hanoi, located on Nguyen Thanh Binh Street, 2nd floor on CT2 The Pride Building, Ha Dong, about a 15min car ride in the west of downtown Hanoi.
At the moment we are already scouting for a good location to open a second mini storage facility in Hanoi.
When you like to rent a storage unit for your business with us, simply let us know when you will be visiting our facility, please bring

Business self-storage provides companies the option to store products, furniture, merchandise, documents, equipment, or computers in individually lockable storage units, housed in a clean, well-lit, humidity-controlled, and secure self-storage facility.
The big difference to conventional warehousing is the fact that with self-storage, you can rent the perfectly-sized unit by the week, without paying any deposit.

With business storage, prices depend on your unit size. Most of our business customers use M units (below 6m2).
When renting self-storage units for your business, you can rent the exact amount of square meters you require. And you don’t have to commit for any long period of time, simply rent by the week.
