With this post we like to explain what items you can put in mini storage in general, and in KingKho’s self-storage facility in particular, an internationally-managed self-storage company in Hanoi. KingKho offers temporary warehouse and self-storage space in Hanoi for both individual customers and companies. Items you can put in mini storage?
KingKho Mini Storage Hanoi offers storage units from as small as 1m² up to 100m² (or even more if needed)! Individuals and companies alike store all sorts of stuff in the self-storage unit they rent from KingKho. Most commonly individual customers store personal stuff and require typically less space. Companies store primarily documents, furniture, computers, company stock and therefore need larger storage units.
ITEMS YOU can –NOT– PUT IN mini storage?
Following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility:
– living creatures including humans or animals;
– car, motorbike or any other tires;
– compustible or inflammable materials (paint, petrol, fireworks, oil, salt, kerosene, cleaning solvents);
– weapons or ammunition;
– stolen items;
– food items or perishable goods;
– living plants;
– drugs; or any other illegal substances;
– any items with a total value of goods exceeding the client’s insurance cover;
– uninsured items (at all times all items must be insured by the client insurance cover and KingKho Ministorage may ask for proof of clients insurance);
– radioactive materials, biological agents or toxic waste such as asbestos;
– items emitting any fumes, smells, odors, audible noise, or vibration;
– any item harmful to public order or safety, or goods illegally obtained;
– Compressed gases, or any other hazardous or dangerous materials or materials whose storage is subject to control by law.
In general, please note that failure to comply with the laws of Vietnam may be a criminal offense and punishable.
