1. Understanding Self Storage: A New Concept in Vietnam
Self storage, often also called mini storage, is still new in Vietnam. But expats usually know it well.
- Self-storage means:
- You rent a private, lockable storage unit
- Only you have access - Only you keep the key
- You choose how many m2 you pay rent for from our various unit sizes 1 - 20m2
- You control how long you store: by week/ month
- You can access your unit when needed. Easy to move items in and out as needed
- Your belongings are safe in a clean, well lit, humid-controlled facility with 24/7 CCTV.
- Traditional storage means:
- Shared space
- Long contracts
- Large space only
- Limited access
- Little privacy
