Contact us via the contact form on this page. Then you bring the items you like to store to our facility, sign our (standard) storage rental contract, pay, get the key, go to your unit, lock your items, and you are done. After that, only you have the key, and only you can open your unit.

How much does student storage cost?
With student storage, prices depend on your unit size. We like to support young ambitious people, hence please tell our facility manager that you are a student seeking to rent a student storage unit. Our small units (1.2×1.2m) are usually big enough. You can rent units by the square meter/foot and cancel your contract by the end of each week, hence there is no risk and long-term commitment. We will charge you for example by month for long-term rentals, or by week for short-term rentals.

What do I need to bring when I want to rent a unit?
When you like to rent a unit with us, simply let us know when you will be visiting our facility, please bring

4/ the items you like to store.
5/ a padlock/lock if you have one (available for sale as well).

Can I use your service as a student or individual?
Yes. In fact, about 50% of all our customers are individuals, when it comes to luggage storage, basically 100% of our customers are individual customers. Ask our facility for a student discount!
What do other student customers put in their units?
Most student storage customers usually store study material, books, random equipment and seasonal clothing which they don’t want to keep in their tight dorm room, or don’t want to carry with them when traveling back and forth from home.
What unit sizes are good for students?
Our storage units come in many sizes, from S, M to L or even XL! Most of our student customers rent our smallest units, which are typically 1m×1m×1m in size (imagine the space of a large washing machine).
I’m a student of the Hanoi University — do you have cheap storage near me for the summer break?
Even though we’re based in Ha Dong, it’s only 15–30 minutes by Grab from Tay Ho, Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Cau Giay or Hanoi University campuses (we’re basically the closest proper self-storage facility for most students). Ask our facility manager for a student promo price!
What items can I NOT put in my unit?
Following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: humans, animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs or other illegal items.
