Today we like to tell you a little bit about Mr. Phung Minh Tuan, one of our long-time personal customers, and explain how and why he uses KingKho’s self-storage service!
Mr. Phung, where do you live?
I live and work in the Thanh Xuan district, about 5km from the KingKho Ha Dong storage facility. Thanh Xuan is one of the biggest districts of Hanoi, close to the newest Ha Dong district and Nam Tu Liem district.
How long does it take you to get to the facility?
I need approx. 5–10 minutes by car or motorbike to reach the facility. The fastest way for me is to drive through Ha Dong district via the Nguyen Trai road.
What is your profession?
I work in and run an e-commerce business in Hanoi, focusing on selling house appliances online. Many customers now prefer to buy things online, and sending and packing products becomes more and more important.
What unit(s) do you rent?
I rent several small units and one large unit, totaling +100m2 unit (making me one of KingKho’s biggest customers!). My units are partly on the 1st and partly on the 2nd floor. I could have chosen a cheaper one of the many units KingKho offers, like for example in the back of the building, like a bit further from the entrance, but I opted for higher-priced/more convenient unit locations.
Why did you choose US as your storage provider?
Because I use different units for different products – categorizing my product line ‘within the warehouse’. By this, it’s easy to keep a good overview of all the separate units. Other benefits of self-storage I like is that KingKho offers 24/7 security personnel, that the facility is humidity-controlled and very clean!
