50% of our customers are procurement offices that rent large-sized units (Size L) to store all of their master samples. The remaining 50% prefer to rent several small-sized units (Size S) at low cost to separate each sample or client individually.

How to Get Started with Sample Storage Rental?
Getting started with sample storage rental is just as easy as renting a regular self-storage unit with us.

Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with our facility manager, simply bring your samples and items to the storage site.
Sign a simple rental agreement, make your payment, take your key, go to your unit, place your items inside, and lock the door — that’s it!
Only you have the key, and only you can access your storage unit.

Sample storage provides sourcing companies, buying offices, or QC firms in Asia the option to store master samples (sometimes also called golden samples/ approval samples) in individually lockable storage units, housed in our clean, well-lit, humidity-controlled, and secure self-storage facility in Hanoi.
With self-storage, you can easily increase or reduce the space rented by either adding a very affordable S unit, renting another M unit or tranfering your items to a smaller unit.
Our facility is located on the 2nd floor of The Pride, Nguyễn Thanh Bình Street, Ha Dong District, about a 20-minute drive from downtown.
When you like to rent a unit with us, simply let us know when you will be visiting our facility, please bring
1/ passport
2/ credit card, cash, or bank details
3/ phone number and email address
4/ the items you like to store.
5/ a padlock/lock if you have one (available for sale as well).
Our facility manager will then help you to sign the rental agreement.
With sample storage for QC firms or buying offices in Asia, prices depend on your unit size.
Most of our sample storage customers rent L units (6-12m2) that are big enough.
You can rent units by the square meter/foot and cancel your contract by the end of each week, hence there is no risk and long-term commitment.
We will charge you for example by month for long-term rentals, or by week for short-term rentals.
Following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: humans, animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs or other illegal items.
