Contact us via the contact form on this page. Then you bring the items you like to store to our facility, sign our (standard) storage rental contract, pay, get the key, go to your unit, lock your items, and you are done. After that, only you have the key, and only you can open your unit.

What is business self-storage?
Business self-storage provides companies the option to store products, furniture, merchandise, documents, equipment, or computers in individually lockable storage units, housed in a clean, well-lit, humidity-controlled, and secure self-storage facility.
The big difference to conventional warehousing is the fact that with self-storage, you can rent the perfectly-sized unit by the week, without paying any deposit.
Our facility is located at Van Phuc Road 103, in Ha Dong District, about a 20-minute drive from downtown.
What is my first step?
Storing luggage with KingKho is simple and straightforward! Call us at +84(0)853 103 103 (Ms. Ly), or fill out our contact form. If we have your desired luggage storage unit size available, visit our facility (Google Maps link), bring your passport and items, and your new storage unit is ready when you arrive.
What to bring when I want to rent a business storage unit?
When you like to rent a storage unit for your business with us, simply let us know when you will be visiting our facility, please bring
- passport
- credit card, cash, or bank details
- phone number and email address
- the items you like to store.
- a padlock/lock if you have one (available for sale as well).
- Our facility manager will then help you to sign the rental agreement.
How much does business storage cost?
With business storage, prices depend on your unit size. Most of our business customers use M units (below 6m2).
When renting self-storage units for your business, you can rent the exact amount of square meters you require. And you don’t have to commit for any long period of time, simply rent by the week.
What kind of businesses rent storage units?
We have comapneis of all size and types renting storage untis with us. From small startups, online shops, service companies, to multinationals like Malaysian Airlines or public sector companies like the Danish embassy, many companies have put their trust in us, so can you!

The following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs, or other illegal items.
