How does it work?

Then you bring your luggage to our facility, sign our storage rental contract, pay, get the key, go to your unit, lock your items, and you are done. After that, only you have the key, and only you can open your unit.

What is luggage storage?
Luggage storage provides individuals the option to store suitcases, backpacks, rucksacks or bags in individually lockable storage units, housed in a clean, well-lit, humidity-controlled, and secure self-storage facility. In KingKho’s case, our facility is located at Van Phuc Road 103, in Ha Dong District, about a 20-minute drive from downtown.
What is my first step?
Storing luggage with KingKho is simple and straightforward! Call us at +84(0)853 103 103 (Ms. Ly), or fill out our contact form. If we have your desired luggage storage unit size available, visit our facility (Google Maps link), bring your passport and items, and your new storage unit is ready when you arrive.
What do I need to bring when I want to rent a unit?
When you like to rent a unit with us, simply let us know when you will be visiting our facility, please bring
- passport
- credit card, cash, or bank details
- phone number and email address
- the items you like to store.
- a padlock/lock if you have one (available for sale as well).
- Our facility manager will then help you to sign the rental agreement.
How much does luggage storage cost?
With luggage storage, prices depend on your unit size. For 99% of our customers, our small units (1.2×1.2m) are big enough. You can rent units by the square meter/foot and cancel your contract by the end of each week, hence there is no risk and long-term commitment. We will charge you for example by month for long-term rentals, or by week for short-term rentals.
Can I use luggage storage as an individual?
Yes. In fact, about 50% of all our customers are individuals, when it comes to luggage storage, basically 100% of our customers are individual customers.
What do customers put in their units?
Most luggage storage customers usually store excess luggage they don’t want to carry with them for a specific part of their trip. That often includes certain clothes, gear, sports equipment, books, computers, or souvenirs and deco items.
What unit sizes do you offer?
Our storage units come in many sizes, from S, M to L or even XL! Most customers renting luggage storage units rent our smallest units, which are typically 1,2×1,2×1,2 meters in size.
What items can I NOT put in my unit?
The following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility: humans, animals, tires, combustible, inflammable or toxic materials, weapons, ammunition, stolen items, food items, live plants, drugs, or other illegal items.
