Storage Used By The Public Sector

Is Self-Storage Used By The Public Sector?

Besides our regular individual and business customers, KingKho is also proud to have multiple public sector entities using our self-storage facility in Hanoi. With public sector entities, we refer to

– embassies
– consulates
– tax bureaus
– notaries
– customs duty offices
– government agencies
– regional governmental offices
– public service bureaus
– etc.

Such public entities have constant needs to store items in a secure, humidity-controlled, and affordable storage unit. They mainly store original documents or copies, such as application forms, annual reports, registration forms, etc., but also furniture, office supplies, event or exhibition items, and lots of other various items.

Typically, storage used by the public sector are larger units, ranging from 4-9m2, and add additional units on an ‘if-need-be basis’. Some public entities even rent multiple units in order to make it easier to keep items from various departments separate! We hear that similar to our business customers, this group of customers also enjoys our flexible renting terms (with no deposit, no long-term commitment, and weekly cancellations).

The Team at KingKho really enjoys seeing storage used by the public sector, as we feel we serve and support our local community!

If you work in the public sector, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!
